a nice experience

The place is beautiful and great for families. the staff were really good, showing attentiveness. the pool and lazy river are excellent. I found the whole environment relaxing. they provided a step for my child to reach the sink, which i thought was so thoughtful.
I think the bacon could be improved. I know it is common to only have turkey bacon. i also suggested them buying kids cutlery. That could be beneficial.

the hotel has multiple pools including a shallow pool suitable for young children. the lazy river provided a relaxing experience for all ages. mascots was around the hotel creating a great touch!!!

The staff demonstrates a high level of hospitality. I found them very attentive. they remember preferences and anticipate needs. special mention goes to shakeel raza, who helped me a lot throughout my stay.

underwhelming stay despite location
buggy servicefood quality
the buggy service was slow and inconsistent a long wait often occurred it was quite frustrating when trying to get around the parks with tired children it added unnecessary stress to the day also the food quality at breakfast was really disappointing the options tasted bland my child barely ate anything that was concerning given the prices charged

The staff assisted with valet parking and reception services. The ticket office, the bar, and housekeeping were all very efficient. I especially commend Bea from the bar. She made children happy with ice cream. She helped the kids choose different flavors.
The buffet counters were a little too high for shorter people to comfortably reach everything.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Staff addressed all concerns with professionalism and a friendly attitude. Gratitude is extended to Mr Kumar, who assisted us during check-in, going above and beyond to.

The breakfast included a good variety of choices and the quality of food was high. I visited Hikina restaurant where the service was great and they have a lot of sushi. The kids loved their bento boxes.

The resort has many pools and a lazy river , which was very relaxing. There are continuous golf buggies from the reception to the room. A special thank you to Judy, Tara, Phod, and Alipate from Kids Club for their warmth, kindness and positive energy.

Really good Stay Near the Parks

The proximity to Motiongate and Legoland parks provided convenient access to thrilling attractions. Staff members showed genuine care and warmth. Mr Kumar assisted us professionally during check-in. I appreciated Chef Meljoe's culinary creations. The environment was pristine. Common areas such as the lobby remained well-kept.
The water pressure in the shower was intermittent, due to the lever slowly closing and not staying fully open.

Staff provided helpful, professional service, addressing guest concerns efficiently , and check-in challenges received positive handling. Mr Kumar were really good , ensuring a smooth start to the staywith a favorable impression.

The service was inconsistent. My room lacked basic amenities. I had to request items like milk and a dental kit. It took multiple calls to get everything delivered. This level of service is disappointing, especially considering the hotel's supposed five-star rating.
